Return & Refund Policy

At Maverix, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns – Only for Damaged Items

  • We only accept returns for items that are physically damaged during shipping.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the damage.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including packaging and tags).

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5-7 business days
  • If you used a discount or offer, the refund amount will be credited as Maverix Wallet Balance.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If Cod Order is apporved for return , the refund amount will be credited as Maverix Wallet Balance ( Cod fee will be deducted from the refund amount )
